  • License Import filling to Department of Trade.
  • Annual realization report authority.
  • Customs audit.
  • Import document filling.
  • Licenses submission to import goods to Indonesia refer to related department.
  • 5 year contract, 3 year flat with 10% annual Increment in Y4 and Y5 unless country experience country inflation higher than 5% during the contract.
  • Tax reporting ministry of Tax and Central Bank
  • Terms of payment :
    Duty & Tax 14 days with grace period of 7 days and interest 0.5% per day on day 22nd.
    Monthly agency cost paid on day 2nd.
